How a simple change can take your t-shirt and jeans from a day at the office to a date night with your love to a Saturday spent shopping around town, all while still feeling comfortable and chic at every turn.
Enjoy!
Styling basics for multiple occasions is a favorite of mine. I am most comfortable in a pair of jeans and a graphic tee. Whenever possible I fancy taking what makes me feel most relaxed and changing the look to suit the occasion. Recently I paired a simple tee from CHRLDR with my favorite pair of Hudson denim jeans and made quick and easy changes that transformed the look yet kept me in my favorite core clothing items.
The Office
Adding a schoolboy blazer and a pair of leopard flats make this outfit perfect for a casual jean day at the office, meeting with clients, showings, the list goes on. Equally professional and laid back, this chic tee gives the outfit a slight laid back vibe.
Night Out
Changing the look for a girls night out or a date night with your loved one is as easy and throwing on a pair of leopard heels, tying a simple knot in your tee, and adding this fun ruffle sleeve sweater . Voila! You are now ready to dance the night away while remaining comfortable.
Around Town
From the office to an impromptu night out on the town, you have easily transformed your simple tee and jeans for each occasion. After work and your fun Friday night, the weekend arrives filled with errands and afternoon movies with the family. Now, I am not implying you should wear the same outfit that you worked the prior day in and then galavanted around town while dancing the night away. But, if for some reason you had no choice or you stayed up all night washing your clothes, you can easily change this outfit for a relaxed look. I paired these simple and comfortable blush sneakers, with a plush and cozy oversized cardigan. Add a simple knot and you have yourself a cute and comfortable outfit for any day at home or out and about.
Have fun trying new things with the basics you already have lying in your closet for your next meeting, girls night out, or Saturday movie day and grocery shopping.
